Where do you ship to?

Sun Down ships to over 30 countries worldwide — because everyone deserves a little endless summer. No matter where you are, our resort-ready essentials can find their way to your doorstep.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take up to two weeks (including processing time) depending on our order volume! We hope to reduce this time in the future as we grow.

Why is my order coming in two packages?

Depending on availability, your order may be split into more than one shipment. This ensures your Sun Down essentials arrive as quickly and reliably as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Just click through to see where your Sun Down essentials are on their journey to you.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Because of the custom nature of our packaging and production, we’re unable to accept returns on Sun Down products.

We can only process returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

If this happens, please contact us within 2 business days at sundownskin@gmail.com with your order details, photographs of your damaged product and photographs of the box. Our team will respond within 7 working days to guide you through the next steps.

How long does it take to process my return?

In most cases, we process reshipments as soon as possible, within 72 hours. However, if an internal investigation is required, it may take longer.

Are your product cruelty-free?

Yes. At Sun Down, we believe beauty should never come at the expense of animal welfare. All of our products are cruelty-free—no animal testing is conducted or commissioned at any stage of development or production. Our manufacturing partners are ECOCERT certified, ensuring every formula meets rigorous standards for natural, ethical, and responsible skincare.

Are Selfnamed products free from Parabens/Microplastics/Silicones/Mineral Oil and its derivatives?

Yes. Every Sun Down formula is made without parabens, mineral oils, silicones, PEGs, chemical UV filters, microplastics, synthetic fragrance, artificial colourants, or other questionable ingredients. We keep our collection clean, safe, and resort-ready—so you can feel confident in what you’re using, season after season.

Are your products pregnancy safe?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list of any Sun Down product with your healthcare provider to ensure it’s the right fit for you.

Do you use artificial fragrance?

No. Sun Down is free from synthetic fragrance. Every scent is 100% vegan and crafted with natural aromatic botanicals—never phosphates or synthetic preservatives—so your rituals feel clean, subtle, and resort-ready.
